  Fantastic customer service. The manager Madisyn (Mady) was there by herself as the place was busy, she was able to take care of everyone and continue to have great professional service. Every time I have been in this store Mady has always been able to take care of the customers in a very professional and sweet matter. I will continue to visit the store as needed and highly recommend to my friends and family to visit when Mady is there. Thank you Mady for your great hospitality and support.   Terrible customer service. We were having difficulty logging into our account which resulted in us needed to go into the store where they charged us an additional fee to gain access to our account again. Furthermore, the store associates were talking about us in Spanish, which we understood and were greatly disappointed as customers. Additionally, one of the store associates was breast pumping while assisting us. Overall it was an extremely unprofessional experience and we will be looking for a new phone company.

  Will not replace a defective charger that didn't work straight out the pack wouldn't let me speak to a manager very disappointed

  I had a great experience. I went over to switch from Verizon, everyone there was super awesome and knowledgeable. They even helped me save more money then I initially thought I'd be saving. I would definitely recommend this place and the service has been spot on. Will definitely be going back to add some more lines! Hands down best prices, coverage, and great customer service.
