  Highly do not recommend. Me and my gf ate here and got the chicken bacon ranch the lady didn't understand that we wanted both with grilled chicken but gave us one grilled and one rotisserie and when we paid for our food and sat down and to eat we opened up our subs and all toppings fell out of our subs she did not stuff them in the bread with the knife like you are suppose too and did not cut them all the way. I use to work at a subway and if I would have done what she did I would have got in trouble by my manager for not doing it the correct way and there was hardly any flavor. Couldnt taste the sauce or the food and the tomatoes were bad and so were the pickles. They put way to much lettuce and very little toppings. Subway in Luray please get your shit together.

  Ok, I highly dont recommend eating here. For starters my boyfriend and I got two grilled chicken bacon ranches and they I guess didn't understand us and made one shredded chicken wich didn't make since and the the toppings and sauce didn't have really much taste and they did NOT I mean NOT stuff it in with the knife like they were supposed to and it fell out the meat also was not flavorful and the tomatoes were like bad and pickles were not good either, I wouldn't come back but thats my opinion on this place.

  Would give a zero star if I could. Refused to toast veggies. Not a problem at any location I've been to on the east coast. Good luck future shopers getting food you request.

  Jay was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. My order was incorrect, and when my friend politely pointed it out, he responded with annoyance and a condescending attitude instead of resolving the issue. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and disrespect are unacceptable. The store manager should seriously address his behavior, as it reflects poorly on the business. I would not recommend this place.

  Very very rude customer service. The person called Jay working here doesn’t know how to treat his customers and is super disrespectful and annoyed although they made the wrong order and upon correcting them they get annoyed and disrespectfully wave off the customer. I would suggest to never go to this subway as the services they provide is not worth your money and time. The subway they made was also average and not worth the price you are paying.
