  I walked in greeted the young man behind the counter who said nothing nor acknowledged that I was there the spoke to me as if he had not seen me until that second starts my order and says something i said excuse me I didn’t hear you so he taps on his ear bud are you kidding me? The the other gentleman that announces everything before he puts on sub brought a fresh bag of lettuce no new pan your rules and health department dumps fresh on top of spinach the was bad two days ago . Seriously this is what this restaurant has become no thanks!

  Bring back the guy and his wife that owned the place at first!!! They were cleaner and the food tasted better and they were friendly

  I eat at Subway restaurants all over VA. Had the best made spicy Italian ever at this location!

  New foiergn owners need a lesson in customer service they don't greet or engage with the customers, well they didn't greet me or make me feel very welcomed....
