  My cousin came to this location, ordered and gave her name twice and even spelled it out. Despite this, they decided to use a slur as her order name. Instead of the manager making her feel heard she was extremely dismissive.

  Today I stopped at a few stores in the Lorton area, and while I was out my brother asked if I could pick up his Wingstop order. On the way there I decided that I would mention that earlier that week we had placed multiple orders of the chicken tenders combo only to get home and realize one was missing. Thankfully, I had ordered extra and just decided I would share mine with my little sister. It had been a long day and no one was willing to drive back to go pick it up. Iykyk So back to today when picking up my brother’s order, I mentioned to the cashier about earlier in the week. She walks aways and talks to whom I assume was the manager on duty and then comes back to me. She then reprimands me for not complaining earlier but then says I can come pick it up tomorrow. I thank her and then ask her to write it down, so when I come back I won’t have to explain it all over again. She writes down my information and then proceeds to say I shouldn’t said something earlier. Not an apology for the mixup or the inconvenience to my family. I found it extremely rude and belittling. You never know what someone is going through and why calling Wingstop to complain would be the last thing on my mind throughout the week, especially this last week.

  You can smell the old oil in the parking lot. They should be changing their oil two or three times a day The burning oil smells like it’s days old.. The service hears terrible. I’ve only been here twice. This will be the last time.

  These wings were kinda nasty. They came out overly oily, so much so that my wings were basically sitting in a mini oil puddle inside the box. Not what you want when you open your food. I also got the BBQ wings and the sauce was just thrown on top and it was also very oily. I do understand that they were moving fast because it was only one person in there handling all the pick up and to go orders at the same time. They were clearly doing their best to keep up. So I get it. But the food still was not it.
