  Went to get a document notarized. I was told the notary was at lunch and would be back at 4...it was 4:05 when I walked in. Not impressed.

  Do not use the store! They took $102 from me for a required overnight, early morning delivery to Williamsburg, VA (a mere 2.5 hour drive). Package delivered too late - 1.5 days later without explanation. Franchise owner, Kiran, flat out refuses to give even a partial refund, claiming he lacks the authority. Corporate is stonewalling me. I spent over six hours on the phone and in the store unable to resolve.

  I visited the store today, the vendor whose item I was returning made it a real hassle. The team at this store and a Sunny in particular were fantastic! Thank you again for your help! The kindness the team exhibited to the customers was really uplifting.

  I had a complicated issue with my daughter’s OCI application that required multiple notary visits, along with extensive help with documentation and printing. Sunny was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. He assisted me on several occasions and even returned to the UPS store after he had already left for the day to urgently notarize documents for me. He also provided thoughtful guidance on how to organize my paperwork in a way that would improve my chances of success, and even suggested a workaround that helped me avoid paying for double shipping while I was repeatedly sending documents back and forth to the processing center. Although I don’t know all of their names, the other employees were equally helpful in navigating what was a very stressful situation. I want to thank the entire team they have consistently delivered top-notch customer service over the many years I’ve been visiting this store.
