I had a terrible experience with this FedEx shipping location. I paid $257 for a very small international shipment, and the employee strongly recommended adding insurance because my products were worth around $800, which I clearly informed them about when shipping the package.
Later, my package was lost.
When I tried to get help, I found out there was no direct way to contact FedEx customer service through this location. The employee then told me, “This is not FedEx, we are just the middleman,” and said they were not responsible for the lost shipment.
Because of this situation, I missed an important opportunity with a buyer and lost over $1,000 between product value and shipping costs.
Very disappointing customer service, no accountability, and no support when something goes wrong.
Don’t make the same mistake I did.
