I want to thank Zachary at this Advance store for his outstanding support when I was broken down on the side of I-64 west of Lexington, VA. I will remember all the work he did to help me solve the problem. I don't know if I will ever forget the part number of that serpentine belt!

I walked into Advance Auto Parts in great distress after my Duramax-powered Denali started throwing multiple error codes while we were traveling. Zachary immediately stepped in to help. He checked the codes, stayed with me while we researched what they might mean, and helped me understand my options. He knew there was a good chance the store wouldn't have a part that could solve my problem, yet he never treated me like a lost sale. I left without making a purchase, but I left with something more valuable: peace of mind. Outstanding customer service. Zachary is a credit to Advance Auto Parts.
