  Best place in town for Amazon returns! I did a huge return today, about 25 items, and the owner was able to get through them all with speed and service other customers on the other register simultaneously. Talk about multitasking! The line moved quickly and everyone was happy. This is the only place I will do my returns. Such good service!

  Denied service to do a basic print out of a picture stating the file format is an issue, complete BS a print out is a print out idk why would you just say no to printing a picture

  Brandon has consistently provided excellent service every time I visit this UPS location. Even when the computer systems were down for months, he went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. He’s always attentive, professional, and focused on helping customers. Truly a great representative of UPS—much appreciated!

  The guy that runs this place is horrible. He has no customer service and does not care for customers. Always have had a horrible experience. I want to give 0 stars.

  Mr. Lee and his team at this UPS Store are outstanding. He’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently provides great service every time I come in. It’s not an easy job—especially dealing with all kinds of customers—but he handles everything with patience and professionalism. You can tell he truly cares about the people in this community. We’re lucky to have him.
