  I am writing this to share a deeply frustrating experience with the customer service at this UPS Store location. The attendant working the counter at 1:00 PM today provided an unacceptable level of service that was both unprofessional and downright hostile. To start, the worker literally called customers over as if we were dogs, completely lacking basic courtesy or professional respect. Throughout the entire interaction, he maintained a heavily condescending tone and an off-putting, intense eye contact that made the environment feel extremely uncomfortable. His overall demeanor gave off the clear impression that he genuinely hated assisting people and resented having to do his job. His behavior was borderline disrespectful and completely inappropriate for anyone working in a customer-facing role. Because of this experience, I will never do business at this UPS Store again. I strongly urge management to review the shift on 8/23 at 1:00 PM and address this employee directly—he seriously needs to be retrained or replaced.

  Best place in town for Amazon returns! I did a huge return today, about 25 items, and the owner was able to get through them all with speed and service other customers on the other register simultaneously. Talk about multitasking! The line moved quickly and everyone was happy. This is the only place I will do my returns. Such good service!

  Denied service to do a basic print out of a picture stating the file format is an issue, complete BS a print out is a print out idk why would you just say no to printing a picture

  Brandon has consistently provided excellent service every time I visit this UPS location. Even when the computer systems were down for months, he went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. He’s always attentive, professional, and focused on helping customers. Truly a great representative of UPS—much appreciated!

  The guy that runs this place is horrible. He has no customer service and does not care for customers. Always have had a horrible experience. I want to give 0 stars.
