  I ordered ahead a few times at this location on the subway app. Each time in go into the store it's not ready. Today, i ordered ahead and online; when I arrived the worker Sandra is putting cheese on the bread, and had my order still in the slot. She proceeded to tell me it just came in. When I arrived into the store; there were two other customers waiting while she was putting cheese on the bread. After she put the cheese on the bread, she then went to the people that were waiting-she never made the my online order. I placed the order 30mins before I arrived to the store; and I waited in the store for additional 20-30mins; she did not make the order. The order said it would be ready at 11:06; I leaf the store 11:30am and decided I wanted a refund and will file a complaint. Shouldn't online orders come first? What's the point of placing the order online if it's not ready for pick up? Sandra was rude; when asked questions she did not speak to you-she ignored you. She was doing other things besides making the online order. Needless to say this happens each time at this location and i will not be going here again

  I ordered one sandwich for pickup, and it still took over 30 minutes. Seriously? It was just one sandwich. This was very disappointing and a waste of my time. I hope you can improve your service and pickup times in the future.
