  I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors outlet. I purchased a watch just 3 days ago and had it resized in-store by an associate. At no point during the purchase or resizing process was I informed that this would make the item non-returnable. I still have all original links and my receipt. When I returned to ask about a return, I was told it was “final sale” because it had been adjusted. While I understand store policies, the lack of disclosure beforehand was frustrating, as I would not have agreed to the resizing if I had known it would void the return. What made the experience worse was the way it was handled. I remained calm and spoke respectfully throughout the interaction, simply trying to explain my situation. However, the manager repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, and used unrelated comparisons instead of addressing my concern. When I asked to see the policy, she visibly showed annoyance and even groaned. At one point, she said, “I don’t have the energy to go back and forth with you,” and “you think we’re going to change the policy for you?” Which felt dismissive and unprofessional given the situation. Even if the return could not be approved, I expected a basic level of respect and communication, which was not provided. I hope management takes both customer communication and service more seriously moving forward. I would not recommend if you’re expecting basic customer service or flexibility with returns.

  Worst store ever! Do not shop here!! Bought two bags here for gifts and ended up needing to return them two weeks later. Before purchasing them I asked the sales clerk if they would be returnable since I was purchasing them as gifts. She stated that everything I purchased would be able to be returned as long as I had my receipt and did so within the 30-60 day window. What a lie! I had my receipt and tried to return the two bags less than two weeks later. These bags were in the exact same condition I purchased them in and were never used. They told me the bag was unwrapped and they could not sell it that way. I laughed at first thinking it was a joke since they sold me them in that exact condition. They were actually dead serious and would not allow a return despite just purchasing them and being brand new. Workers were so unhelpful and rude. Don’t shop here if you’re a human who has to make returns if your wife, kids or Mom etc. don’t end up liking something. I was a frequent customer and would spend roughly $2k a year here but since they have such poor customer service along with a rude staff I will be shopping elsewhere.
