  I received the rudest customer service of my life at this FedEx location. I believe the employee’s name was “Shawn”, but I only briefly glanced at his name tag. There was a small shipping issue where I needed to consolidate a return into a single box. This was easily resolved when I asked to purchase a large box to combine the return order. The problem was the employee’s condescending tone and berating comments. He spoke to me as if I was a bad dog. I came in 10 minutes before closing which I understand can be frustrating after a long shift, but I anticipated this process to take 30 seconds. It ended up taking 8 minutes and I still left before the store closed. The employee made comments in a harsh tone about how I could “learn something about checking office hours” and stating “where do you work? I’ll see how you like it if I come into your workplace 10 minutes before a shift ends”. The comments were very unprofessional, but the employee’s tone was incredibly condescending. I can genuinely say I’ve never felt more disrespected as a customer in my life.

  FedEx delivered an empty package from their Leesburg location. Customer service did locate my missing item or compensate me for the loss.

  Shawn at this location is the absolute best! He’s kind, professional, and so patient and understanding to make sure the customer gets exactly what they’re looking for. I always come back to this location especially because he’s there. Thanks Shawn!
