  I got some veggie patty footlong. It smelled foul. Like rotten eggs. Tasted bland. I think they got a bad batch. I'll never have another Subway veggie patty again.

  Slowest subway ever, no effort to get customers through quickly. last thing you want at a travel stop

  My husband is a trucker and my daughter and I travel with him....we got to the truck stop late and the guy that made our sandwich made us feel uneasy and over charged us for the exact same sandwich ...the next morning I went to just let the manager (Ms teresa ) know about my experience and I have to tell ya, coming from someone that has a BA in communications /PR this woman was awesome . She displayed great empathy and I felt her genuine apology. And all was forgiven and on top of that she offered me and my daughter a free sandwich. I was overwhelmed with her generosity and not only am I happy with this subway and this Ladies' compassion and dilligence to make things right with the customer , I definitely will google needle this subway while on the road in hopes to cross paths with her again. MS Teresa deserves a raise !! Thank you again for your astounding customer service
