  This is the worst subway I’ve been to. I wanted mayonnaise on my sandwich but it tasted gross. I called the next day and told them what happened, the manager made it seem like it was my fault for not liking the sandwich. “Why are you calling now instead of the day you had the sandwich? We made the sandwich in front of you, so I don’t understand why you didn’t like it.” I tried calling the day of, but nobody would pick up the phone! She said “if you bring your sandwich back into the store and show us you didn’t eat it, I’ll give you another sandwich.” Yelling at me the entire time, I never seen horrible customer service as bad as this.

  This is probably the best subway I've been to. Carrie prepared my food and she was probably the nicest employee of any food chain I've gone to. She had a very positive attitude and friendly nature that would make me go there again. She made a pretty awesome sandwich too. I'd give this a 6 out of 5 if I could.
