- EREmily RitterMay 2, 20265.0Endre is one of the most well composed, patient people i've seen in costumer service. I walked in on a saturday and there was a line of about 20 people in the store. He got everyone through so quickly while being so nice and understanding. He was running the whole store by himself so efficiently. This is my go to UPS anyways but I was so impressed by their operation on a busy day.

Customers may sometimes miss instructions, but that doesn’t mean they should be treated disrespectfully or made to feel uncomfortable. This is not the right way to communicate with customers. I expected better service from UPS.

My parcel sent from Virginia, USA to Rotterdam was promised in three days but has been stuck in a Rotterdam warehouse for almost a month. Neither I nor the recipient were informed about this delay, and multiple follow-ups have been ignored. The rudeness at the local store, combined with the lack of communication and accountability, is unacceptable. UPS urgently needs to improve its customer service and transparency.”
