  i HATE giving bad reviews and try to avoid it unless ive had a really bad experience. this is the second time i come to this location and both times i had the worst experience. the people that work here do not know what customer service is and should jot he working there if they dont like their job. the first time i came here i had multiple amazon returns and i don’t think the guy doing the returns wanted to do the work as he told me i needed packages when it clearly stated on my amazon return no label and package was needed.( also as i was waiting in line another guy stepped away to the back with an employee from at&t to do some type of “transaction” while there was a lot of people waiting) the second time i came to notarize a form and there was only one lady at the register.. i started filling out the form right in front of her as she is helping the person before me to speed it up so i can get out her way she can help the next person. first thing she said was is $10 cash only ! i dont ever recall ups having this policy then she said i needed to fill out the form in front of her and i told her i literally just filled it out as you were helping that customer and she said yeah no i cant notarize it for you…you need to go get a new form and come back and do it again… again these people do not know what customer service is and i will be driving 30 extra minutes to another location moving forward.

  I really love this UPS store. The staff of this store is really friendly. Especially store manager Endre Kevin Osborne is truly a gentle man. I want to leave a review especially because of him. Whatever the difficulties about shipping, he simply deals the situation with very patiently. Thank you once again.

  Quiet with really nice and helpful employees!
