  My husband and i went here to this lication this morning, only to never be acknowledged but heard an employee in the back talking on the phone about what sounded like work schedule related but i was not 100% sure. We were the only ones in there at the time except for 1 guy that was eating.The alarm for the bread went off and she came out to open the door on it while the entire time she did that her back was to us and still yapling away on the phone. We ended up leavi g and went to a different location at Worldgate in Herndon and it was a 180 turn around, the worldgate location we were greated and acknowledged the moment we walked in

  Please get your staff interviewed for mannerism. They shouldn't treat customers with arrogance, definitely not selectively based on skin color. I don't recall her name but this lady is fair skinned, short and pulpy - if you want to take any corrective action. There are so many well mannered and good looking people out there with no jobs. Give them a chance.
