  Battery installs are free for a reason... they have no clue what they are doing. Sent a young kid out to change my battery, he didn't want to (was cursing out the guy who asked him to help me as we were leaving the store to my car). Install was much longer than expected (30 minutes compared to 10 at another place I had my battery replaced 5 years ago). At the end he dropped his ratchet in my car and told me it's no big deal its fine. I said I'd appreciate it if he'd get the ratchet out. 4 men tried to do it (2 were not employees of the store, just guys in the parking lot) and still i was told, "youre battery works so just drive until the ratchet falls out." I had to leave with a ratchet rattling in my car. I hope there's no further damage. This car is the last thing I have of my mom's and I'm trying to keep it working so things like this are really unacceptable.

  Awesome experience at this location. Marco was the best! Answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I recently got a new car and I left without any worries. Lots of parking spots available as well. Will definitely keep going to this location for any future inquiries. 😊 Lots of items and prices are reasonable compared to other places👍🤩
