  My experience with DHL Richmond was extremely disappointing\. I was expecting delivery of an expensive fishing reel shipped from Japan\. The DHL driver arrived at my driveway yesterday morning but told me she could not find my package in her vehicle\. She called her supervisor, who said someone would bring the package later that day\. Unfortunately, nobody ever came. To make matters worse, the tracking was updated to say that delivery was attempted but could not be completed because the premises were closed\. That is completely false\. I was home, the driver was in my driveway, and the issue was that the package was missing—not that delivery couldn’t be made\. When I contacted DHL customer service, I was informed that the package was considered lost\. This raises serious concerns about what happened to it after it reached the Richmond facility\. It is very difficult not to question whether the package disappeared while in DHL’s possession\. This shipment contained a very expensive item, and I trusted DHL to deliver it safely\. Instead, I was left without my package and with inaccurate tracking information\. I hope DHL conducts a thorough investigation and takes steps to prevent this from happening to other customers
