  Went into Cricket to port over 2 lines, Colleen provided the most outstanding customer service. Her patience, timeliness, and willingness to help me was phenomenal! As a regular customer and as a business owner, she exceeded my expectations. These days you don’t expect much from customer service at most places, not to mention the overall quality of sales associates has diminished in our society.
