    I ordered lunch for my wife and I via the app. When I got there, the subs were ready, I grabbed them and left to head to my wife work and I checked my sub out and found it so terrible.. I then checked my wife’s out and hers wasn’t as bad just didn’t have the requested sauces. I went back and went right to the counter and the ladies face, I felt so bad, but she knew something was not right. I informed her of the issues and she kindly took care of it while the guy that made it just kept starring at me like I did something wrong and judged the way he made the subs. 5/5 for the lady that was so helpful on resolving it quickly but 0.1/5 for the other guy in there. He didn’t even want to acknowledge me.

    Ive went to this subway for 15 years but moved around. My friend mobile ordered for us and specifically said shes severally allergic to onions. And they put it on her sub plus there was way more mistakes but that was the serious one. So anyways, she called and they said for her to come the next morning with her sub and show it (bc the manager was off) and they would remake it for her. I think thats crazy.

    They need at least have one more person for the night staff & they also need to train their staff on customer service. I went in tonight to get food, patiently waited 35 minutes before I decided to leave. I was the next person up and the guy working there seemed stressed, which I don’t blame, he got at least 9 DoorDash ticket orders just in the time I was there, but not once did he acknowledge that I was standing there or say anything to us. I understand he was busy but at least saying “Hey, I’ll be right with you” would have been nice. At one point there were 5 of us waiting in line and one by one we started leaving. All he did was keep working on the DoorDash tickets, never took our orders. I’ve been there before during lunch time and never had a problem.

    I ordered a platter about 4 days ago for a party at work and they did everything great from sandwiches to sides. I will definitely come again !
