  The new employees at this location have been extremely disappointing. They don't seem to care about customers or the condition of the packages being entrusted to them. I watched packages being thrown hard onto the floor, and when I expressed concern, I was told, "If you're worried about that, you should see what the drivers do." That kind of attitude toward customers and their shipments is completely unacceptable. I understand shipping can be a demanding job, but customers expect their packages to be handled with reasonable care and professionalism. The quality of service at this store has declined significantly, and unless things improve, I'll be moving all of my business shipping to FedEx. It's unfortunate because I would prefer to continue using this location, but the recent level of customer service has made that difficult.

  Typical UPS Store. Came to just drop off an Amazon return, no issues of course.
