  It was crowded and a guy ahead of me had a zillion boxes. The clerk took my package, scanned it in the back and returned the receipt to me. I appreciate her doing that so much!

  Wow I was just there I must admit I usually get mediocre service and am ok with that but every time i go I see some one getting a hassle from the apathetic staff. Funny when it is someone else. Today was can't do this because of this etc. I stopped on the third box. Never again. All my issues went away when I drove straight to another UPS store and no problems.

  Stood there more than 30mins while 5 workers checked in 100+ boxes from a floor company. All I needed was a notarized paper.

  Not sure what happened there but that place has went down hill. The employees are rude, lack professionalism, they could care less about what they print for you.

  I was shipping 20 large boxes out of state and the staff was incredible. Tiffany, Alex and Josh were so helpful and patient- thank you for making our experience so easy!
