  Very good experience. Had Amazon returns and had not printed the labels and had the very Messy tags and tapes and they did everything for me. Very different from other UPS stores. Definitely using this one for everything now.

  Stephanie was super helpful and nice. Had two kids with me and I needed to be quick. Parents know how that is. Stephanie helped me get everything I needed. Its always a pleasant experience when I come in.

  Every time I go to the UPS store which is quite often the staff is always attentive. The store is clean the wait time is awesome and their customer service is great. It’s an amazing thing to see a staff all on one accord. I will choose UPS over other companies over and over again. This is experience is much better a little more than others but to know that my package will arrive when it’s estimated is a great feeling. It’s worth every penny.

  I dislike going to this location near the AMC movie theater, they are consistently rude. There’s usually a black guy with braids and a white lady with glasses (or not) and they don’t speak/greet you. I’m thankful for the Amazon kiosk now so I don’t have to interact with them versus previous trips when both have been curt & abrupt in their interactions- as though you’re an inconvenience to them for doing their jobs. Bad bad bad.
