  Your setup for AMAZON returns is great! Plus your open hours are convenient. Staff is helpful when asked but the process is smooth and help is rarely needed.

  Ally was super nice and super helpful with my tax returns I needed to mail off. I stood behind this woman who said her name was Kim, and she was extremely rude and disrespectful to staff. Ally and Yvi handled it with grace. If you show up and not have everything together like you are supposed to, that is no one else fault but your own. Suck it up. That isn’t the staffs fault. You stunk anyways.

  There is an older gentleman talking to the employee in the lobby and there is no one else at the lobby so I'm waiting and waiting in line. When it comes my turn the representative ask me if I want to step to the side to find my scan code because the line is getting long..... I inform her that I don't as the line was getting long when the man was talking and the agent standing beside her said, "I guess it is that serious!" and the representative helping me said, "I guess so" (representative had stringy, overprocessed bleach blonde hair). First of all, I shouldn't have to keep waiting in line while any employee has a counseling session with another customer unless UPS is now offering counseling. This is unenacceptable customer service to make a comment to a customer whether it is me or anyone else. Customer service is horrible here!!!
