  I got there right at 0900 when they were supposed to open and they were still closed. After 15 minutes of waiting, I left. I’m unsure what time they actually open.

  It's been a decent time here, much better than dorm mail place next to the DFAQ, but recently that have been understaffed and the process for getting mail seems strange. I'll hopefully go to another place soon to reduce difficulties

  UPDATE: returned on a Saturday at 10 am (and again at 1030 am) and the storefront was again locked with light off and no one inside and no “Sorry for the unplanned closing or closed for the holiday weekend” note on the door. I’m not sure this place is still in business?? I’ve shown up mid-morning to a helpful staff member in the past. I showed up today at 4:20pm to a closed storefront with no signage except the hours stating they are open until 6 pm after making a specific trip onto base to drop this package off at the seller’s designated location.

  Got phenomenal service from Patrick today! Returned a Nuuly with the wrong label on it and was able to call him and have him swap it for me to make sure it made it back on time and we were not charged. Would recommend this store to anyone on base!
