  Left the note on the door but they didn’t deliver my package, FedEx delivery clown just lazy because the package was heavy.

  I had email issues from the place I needed to return something to. I was on the phone dealing with them for over an hr. These guys at FedEx were Amazing !!!! They were So Patient and helpful with me. They were very sociable. Once I called the company, they got everything straight. They guys at FedEx printed out the shipping label and handled everything for me. I am extremely Thankful to them for all they did for me.

  The employee did not copy down the shipping address correctly. I paid for an overnight delivery. I had to call customer support 4 times to keep trying to correct the delivery address & every time I was told it would be delivered that day & then I would receive an email that it was delayed. My package was delivered 7 days late & no refund or compensation was provided. I was told it was not eligible. I should’ve just mailed it.

  This hub was supposed to open at 9am and at 9:45 I finally reached someone by phone that gave an excuse that his manager had to open another store first. No apologies whatsoever. I sat in 95 degree weather for 45 minutes to finally give up and search for another drop site. He didn’t really act like he cared. Would definitely not recommend!!!
