  The employee did not copy down the shipping address correctly. I paid for an overnight delivery. I had to call customer support 4 times to keep trying to correct the delivery address & every time I was told it would be delivered that day & then I would receive an email that it was delayed. My package was delivered 7 days late & no refund or compensation was provided. I was told it was not eligible. I should’ve just mailed it.

  This hub was supposed to open at 9am and at 9:45 I finally reached someone by phone that gave an excuse that his manager had to open another store first. No apologies whatsoever. I sat in 95 degree weather for 45 minutes to finally give up and search for another drop site. He didn’t really act like he cared. Would definitely not recommend!!!

  The young man was so helpful, friendly and mostly professional. He was well spoken and had a clear instructions;which help me not to be nervous and or anxious. Thanks for ur wonderful and kind service.

  I was advised through Google search that this location was capable of printing return labels for those who don't own a printer... However, when I arrived, I was notified of a virus that was uploaded months ago so they no longer offer that service. The employee was adamant about providing any assistance other than to say I need to print the label at another location (not specifying which), couldn't provide any further information and informed me the only she could accept the return was with a label on the package or a QR code; which wasn't provided by Walmart. After trying multiple locations in the 23666 zip code without any success, I finally went to the FedEx Print & Ship Center located 550 Oyster Point Rd STE F Newport News, VA 23602 where a quite helpful employee provided a forwarding email to send the return label to and printed it in just a few moments, while she assisted multiple other customers as the same time. She was very professional, informative and completed my return request speedily, also made sure I got my receipt before leaving prematurely (thinking I would receive an email notification instead). I will definitely be returning to the Oyster Point location for any FedEx shipping assistance or needs! As for the Butler Farm/Magruder location, the associate/clerk wouldn't help with anything including information and her demeanor was rude. I will not be returning here for any reason, though it is 15 minutes closer to my home, I will drive the extra distance to Oyster Point for any FedEx shipping needs. I don't take it lightly when a representative in the customer service field isn't courteous and helpful as they should be (myself - being a CSR of 10+ years, respect is a requirement not a luxury and many representatives do a terrible job at providing assistance while having unappealing attitudes as well. If companies were more concerned about how the customer was being treated instead of security meant only to defend their employees, the business would be far more prosperous... On a happy note: The FedEx representative at the Oyster Point location was wonderful!
