  Not my best experience due to lack of empathy for error on the staff behalf. I'm not a mechanic but came into the store in December 2025 for windshield wipers. The team member looked my car up and sold me my windshield wiper. Come back today to get the other side replaced and another team member looked my car up and informed me I need a size 26 and 18.Well, the 1st team member sold me the wrong size and versus fixing the issue and showing some empathy. I received excuses and the "I don't know I wasn't here" talk. Let, alone didn't place my military discount on my new wiper. I feel if it's my money and my car and no fault of mine then, the minor issue should be corrected. What are warranties for?

  I went to the store to buy a part for my 2012 Ford F-250. The employee checked the VIN number and said it would fit, so I bought it. When I got home, I wanted to replace the part and saw that it didn't fit my truck. I didn't even open the packaging. I went back to the store to return the item the same day, a couple of hours later. In response, I was told that this item was non-returnable. I've never encountered anything like this before, where an unopened item couldn't be returned to the store the same day. They offered to replace it with a part that would definitely fit, but that part wasn't in this store and would have to be delivered by 3:30 PM that same day. I agreed, but now it's 4:30 PM, my truck is still not repaired, and my $70 is still in that store. This is the worst car parts shopping experience I've ever had in my life.
