  I would like to thank Steven for his tremendous work. He helped me during the rain and wet ground to figure out what was wrong under my car. I appreciate his persistence in finding me the right screw that would fix it for me and went above and beyond to figure out my issue. I was stressing hard, he was very polite, kind hearted, and understanding. He kept me informed and provided the most efficient and budget friendly advice as well. I have the utmost gratitude for great people and he is one of them.

  Absolute amazing customer service,hands down the best advanced auto parts I have ever been too.Lateef is an honest genuine person who helped me with the right parts and the right installation that I needed and he did it with professional characteristics that amazed me.Thank you for this store for being amazing.

  The store owner was very kind and bubbly. She went through the extra effort of pulling a bunch of items from the back so we can look and choose what we needed. All with a smile! :o) the store is well maintained as well.

  From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, Aubrey T. was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and hands on helpful with my issue with a dead key fob. After helping me out, she kept the conversation going asking me about where I was from. There’s anything else she could help me with and just good all around conversation and knowledgeable help. Really awesome experience right before closing and she even came out and talked to me while I was waiting for my Uber to take me back to my disabled vehicle. Please thank her again for such a great experience and a stand out representative/ambassador for the Advance Team!
