  I never thought one could get such fantastic customer service from an auto parts store. I was about to place an online order to pick up an HVAC blend door actuator when I thought it would first be better to call to make sure the part was actually in stock. Even though the website said it was available, Steve, at store #2820, was unable to locate the part. Instead of just saying "...sorry, glad you checked" and moved on, Steve took the time to look for the part at the other stores close by. After just a brief hold, he told me that he had located the part at store #2930, just a few miles away. Not only did he locate the part, he called the store and explained that he wanted to make sure they actually had their hands on it before I placed the order. He then took the time to make sure I had the right address given that there were two locations with the same street name. Steve was incredibly patient as he went through the process of helping and never once sounded perturbed are too busy to help out. He said to make sure I told them that Steve talked to Bryan. "They'll be ready for you with the part." When I got to the other store (Store #2930), I was immediately met by Bryan AND Durrel who were both insanely kind and helpful. As soon as I asked if I was in the right store, they somehow knew who I was and asked if I was there to pick up the actuator? The part was there at the register. Bryan took the time to let me open the box and inspect the part to make sure it matched up with the old part being replaced. Meanwhile, I commented on how much I appreciated the personal attention from all the interactions. Normally, most business associates have a way of letting the customer know that they are being inconvenienced. In both cases, each store employee seemed to go out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. I told Durrel (the manager?) and Bryan that the interaction was much appreciated and that someone should know what a great group of employees the company has.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts, thanks to Darrel V. Darrel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to make sure I got the right parts and answered all of my questions. The excellent customer service made the whole process quick and easy. Thank you for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your help. I’ll definitely be coming back!
