  The lady that works there is very rude. I've personally never had her go off on me, but have seen her being extremely rude to customers. After witnessing this 3 different times, I stopped going there. I can get food just down the road at Courthouse Market for reasonable price and great people there.

  The manager is rude. She doesn’t accept coupons. Friends report mold on the ice machine.

  The WORST! The owner is very rude. The vegetables and meat seem old, not fresh. Will not eat there for my own health and because anyone who treats their customers like the owner does should not get any business and should be shut down. I think the health inspector needs to pay visits often there for the health and safety of the customers.

  The only lady that is there is very rude and disrespectful. I work a twelve hours sometimes fourteen hour shifts and I can't get my food made right without an attitude. One time I was there and the guy was making my sub, I asked for the deal of the day. She snatched the bread out of his hand and said "she always gets the deal of the day" with the worst attitude ever. She didn't put any banana peppers on my sub like I asked. She purposely didn't give me wheat bread like I asked. At this point I'm going to ask for her name and report her to cooperate.
