Went in to get a oil filter for a 2007 Mercury Milan Premier 2.3L. There was only a couple of choices, but they had what I needed at the right price. The folks there were helpful. I recommend them!

Well my daughter needs new AGM top of the line battery for her VW Atlas . Sent her to AutoZone instead . At My last purchase at Advance Auto I asked for freshest battery … the guy got an attitude and threw the battery 6 feet onto cart. I told him refund my purchase right here and now -immediately . I said to cashier , I don’t trust him to replace battery if he chooses to treat my car like he treated battery by throwing it on to his battery cart. Left and took my business and money to AutoZone across street. I said take my picture because it’s the last time Advance Auto will ever see my face again . Never again.

Very friendly professional help getting a new car battery. I was headed out for a thousand mile road trip the next day, way easier than getting stuck somewhere, even though my old battery was only 2 yrs old. I had a tire place test it first but Advance Auto is so much more credible. Thanks for having my back!

Rick is alright but I've been chasing my tail on some things from the other guys. I don't trust the employees to look up parts for your vehicle for me. It's also frustrating to take parts back that are wrong from their lookup and catch an attitude. They do have lots of parts in stock and they are in a convenient location. I wish they'd have better personnel. I've been having issues with this store for about 10 years and frequently drive further out or order parts online instead of going here.
