  I went to pick up my package and was told by the worker that she couldn't find it. She communicated with the driver who delivered it at 10am to the store although in the system it showed delivered at 422pm. I called the customer service number and it said my package was picked up around that same time frame. How was my package given out when it required my signature package number and ID for pick up??

  I have never experienced service like this before. Neeja was absolutely wonderful. I arrived late for my appointment and felt anxious the entire drive there. However, she did not make me feel uncomfortable or draw attention to my delay in any way. Instead, she warmly reassured me by simply saying, “That’s okay.” Her kindness and genuine warmth immediately put me at ease. She truly made the experience exceptional.
