  The staff here are so kind and is sure to brighten up your day! They are also very quick and efficient making the mailing process very quick, I was in and out in less then 5 mins! And when i left the store the made sure to wave me a goodbye

  It has always been a great experience for me at this location. This is my go to store. The staff always greets me when I walk in and everyone is super courteous and patient.

  I am so thankful for the crew at the VCC Creeks brook rd, glen allen UPS, because they are patient & friendly. It’s pretty rare these days to walk in a store and have 4 people acknowledge your presence, look up from their task, look at you and say hello loud enough to be heard. It is this customer service mentality that ensures everyone is treated well when they walk in. I appreciate it and them so much. Thank you crew!
