  Paul was very nice and hilarious, allowed me to charge my phone for a bit before I headed off to work since my phone was almost dead, and handled my amazon return quickly.

  I recently had to make a return at this UPS store. I was assured by Terry, and I was truly pleased AND appreciative of his customer service skills. He was not only kind, but also very resourceful, patient and went the extra mile to help me take care of my return properly. I would definitely recommend this UPS store location (especially if Terry is still in it!), and will be using this store again for sure!

  Zack is always been a sweetheart. He the first person who helped me when I started coming her about 4 months ago and and always greets you with a smile and very helpful , we talk about life and what going on in our lives , briefly, buts it always nice to see him . Zachary is my guy ..

  Was a decently busy mid-day when I walked in. The store is clean/tidy/orderly. I was helped by Paul, and I had a fantastic experience. He was incredibly kindly, professional, and funny! He was patient with me given all of my special requests and the fact that I was shipping multiple heavy and very fragile packages. Terry was in the building as well and was extremely helpful with the other customers. Five stars for the service.
