  Zachary was excellent and delivered phenomenal customer service which is a rarity these days. He went above and beyond with patience to answer every question I had despite having a long line of customers and working in the front by himself. I will drive to this location because of his exemplary service.

  Going in today around 645 pm I expected some crowd . However the UPS store did not since they had only one employee for at least 15 people . Making it worse he was spending a lot of time with a notary customer ...thank god only one while the store kept getting customers coming in it wasted time especially my amazon return took 1 minute . THey need at least 3 employees at this known busy time and notary services should stop around 5 pm if only one person is on call. My Amazon return didnt need me to provide a label . My last return did that was great .
