I had such a great experience with Diante! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I needed to overnight an important package, and he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain my options. What stood out most was how sensitive and understanding he was about the reason I needed the package delivered quickly. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. His customer service was truly appreciated. Thank you, Diante!

I'm BIG on EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER service and I've been coming to this store for a very long time, never once have I ever had a bad experience. Today I drove out of my way to use this store (versus the other one with on Staples Mill with the lousy ratings!!!) and Naomi and Fazia (I hope I got their names right) were PERFECT! Keep up the great work you do... it makes all the difference!!!

There is NO after-hours drop box at this location. I can’t imagine what they were thinking. There are other drop boxes in the area, but not here, their primary retail location for this community.
