  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely LOVE the team at the FedEx Office in Glen Allen! Every single time I come in, I receive exceptional customer service, but I have to give a special shoutout to Naomi and Angel. Naomi is AMAZING! She is always friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter how busy the store is, she maintains such a positive attitude and always makes me feel like a valued customer. She works quickly, answers all of my questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It is so refreshing to encounter someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Angel, the store manager, is just as phenomenal. She leads with professionalism, kindness, and excellence. You can truly tell she cares about both her customers and her team. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive, and she consistently ensures that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. As a small business owner, I print a lot of materials, and this location has become my go-to because of the outstanding service I receive.   Life savers! Angel and Naomi were fabulous as I was trying to get my phone shipped back to me today when I accidentally left it in the aiport in California. They were patient and stayed with me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was done correctly. THANK YOU!!!
