  I use this store for my simple, easy, recurring maintenance needs like batteries, filters, wipers, fuel stabilizer and washer fluid. They have always treated me well.

  My battery completely died down the street at the beginning of the year. I got a jump and rolled into this store and bought a battery with a 3 year guarantee. The battery lasted 3 months in my daily driver. I live nowhere close to this store, about 30 minutes away. When I finally came to return the battery, the cashier processed the return onto a gift card instead of on my credit card. He said he was confused why it made him do that but he did it anyway. The manager called during the transaction and told him he can’t transfer the gift card to my credit card and I’m stuck with the gift card. Not only do I want to buy anything from this store, or need to, if I decided to get any of my money back I have drive half an hour to do so. Then another employee chimed in saying “you could sell it like food stamps”. Thanks buddy. Staff and management is absolutely atrocious. Don’t waste your time ever coming here. I’ll never get my money or value back.

  Huge shout out to Patrick at Advance Auto -he deserves a gold star ⭐. He didn’t just check the battery in my daughter’s car — he went full detective mode, troubleshooting the issue and giving us great tips to avoid future problems. Super helpful and genuinely great customer service!
