  The UPS store in Gainesville, VA is the best in customer service and they are very knowledgeable and efficient in handling my packages. I always go to their store to send packages.

  I sell on eBay and enter slightly larger measurements to avoid issues, as I previously experienced similar problems at the Manassas UPS location. Despite this, I am still being charged additional fees on multiple shipments. Due to limited storage space, I cannot always document every package, which makes disputes difficult. This recurring issue is affecting my trust in the service.

  Some of the employees here need to find other work. Assisting the public is not their forte. Dropped off a return, for Amazon, and the young man working the counter could not have been more dismissive or blase. I found myself rushing to get out of the store, and although I hoped my return was processed correctly, I did not feel comfortable even asking him questions. Next time I need a store close to my job, I will look elsewhere. This one is a hard no.

  Try to return an Amazon purchase and they wanted to charge me 3.75 to tape on side! Rude girl, went to the Haymarket location and was not charge a penny. Very friendly in Haymarket, worth the small drive.
