  It was a pleasure to speak and work with Kelsey Watson. She showed tremendous patience as we had to put off switching insurance companies for about 2-3 months. She was very professional and knowledgeable about her job and the different types of insurances. She was very helpful and insightful as to what our needs were and then meeting those needs. I will certainly refer and family and friends to her and Allstate when it comes to home and auto insurance.
