  I have been a longtime customer of the Advance Auto Parts store in Gainesville and have always received friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different and by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered, at any shop, ever! The employee who assisted me was not only unhelpful, but also extremely rude throughout the interaction. Instead of trying to answer my questions or help me find what I needed, he seemed annoyed that I was asking for assistance at all. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, and neither was provided. I hope management addresses this issue because the poor service I received today does not reflect the positive experiences I have had with other employees at this store in the past.

  Javer should not be working in customer service . He has no respect and clue what he is doing. Very rude and honest should be replaced the lost my business and I spent a lot with them

  Dale (sorry i f I got the name wrong; longish hair and goatee dude) helped me tremendously with recycling my old battery and getting me some oil for an oil change that was overdue for my 08 BMW. He was knowledgable, reassuring and offered multiple options and I never felt like he over sold me on any parts. He really took pride in his work and he generally seemed like he wanted to be there. His friendly banter was engaging and I would highly recommend this location to my peers. This is coming from a guy who lives in Northern Virginia. Please know that he is a valuable team member and any company would be great to have such a charismatic guy on board!

  I had a great experience here. dale was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me get a new battery and installing it. great customer service.

  Dale was amazing with his expertise and the parts store def need more individuals like himself. His service was amazing and will def com back for more parts love it and they don’t make him no more. Gentlemen def deserves the 5 star review thank you sir for your help I wish all the parts store were like this it they’re not. THANK YOU DALE !!!!
