  They gave me the wrong spark plugs for my mower and then refused to returned them. What kind of shit is that. Not once but twice to different mowers. So mow i have 4 spark plugs estimated at about $30 that i just have sitting around. UNBELIEVABLE

  Today, I wanted to test my car battery, but the guy didn’t know what to do. He said he couldn’t test the battery, even though it was easy. I don’t know why. They should hire experienced people.

  When I entered Advance Auto l thought this was a bad choice. The place had a lot going on I needed a battery replacement. Then an employee named Dale came to the rescue. He looked at my car to ensure that he would be able to replace the battery. Dale is an excellent example of customer service. He signed me up for a Rewards Account and showed me how to save. He didn’t over promise and under perform to get the sale. Shortly afterwards Dale had completed the installation and made a lifetime customer.

  I’ve used advanced auto parts throughout the years of owning a mustang and have even previously written positive reviews. However, today was much different. I got a brand new bronco sport, 2025 and it needed its first oil change (4,500 miles). Upon arriving, I wasn’t sure what kind of oil/oil filter I would need. The guy working the front desk was able to put in my information (make/model/year), and even accompanied me to my vehicle to double check everything. He quickly grabbed the oil change stuff, and I paid and went on my way. When I arrived to my trusted mechanic, he had begun my oil change but when he grabbed the oil, he noticed it was the wrong oil type. Luckily he had the right one in stock and was still able to complete the job! Afterward, I went back to advanced and explained to them that this was the wrong type of oil, especially for an initial oil change. They refused to give a re-fund it. Never in my life have I ever written a bad review ever, but after being a customer for years, this is horrible. I will not be returning.
