  I needed to get my battery changed out quickly. I was so fortunate and blessed to come across Dale. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! All three of those combined in this industry is ridiculously valuable. Great job, Dale.!!

  Walked in to drop off used oil and the staff members showed me the way to the tank. I could hear avenged sevenfold playing and the place was fully stocked with all I needed to get some work done on my mom's car. Not a bad place.

  I have been a longtime customer of the Advance Auto Parts store in Gainesville and have always received friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different and by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered, at any shop, ever! The employee who assisted me was not only unhelpful, but also extremely rude throughout the interaction. Instead of trying to answer my questions or help me find what I needed, he seemed annoyed that I was asking for assistance at all. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, and neither was provided. I hope management addresses this issue because the poor service I received today does not reflect the positive experiences I have had with other employees at this store in the past.
