  Amanda the store manager is aggressive and unhelpful. When she was unable to resolve a warranty claim and I asked for my information to be given to her boss she initially refused because "he wont do anything" and who knows when he will get back to you. What a joke of customer service. Her logic is nonsense and reminds me why I use other stores for my needs. As you can see in the photo the battery is in warranty and the store refuses to honor it. Saying I could have purchased it sooner and had more of a warranty then the one I already have and that makes a difference right. Id rather give my money to the homeless before shopping here again.

  I ended up at this auto parts store while on a trip far from home, trying to fix a car problem that threatened to leave me stranded. The guys at this store (Dustin in particular) were super friendly and helpful - they replaced my battery, which fixed the problem and got my car back on the road. It was a great experience on a day that was otherwise not going well - really appreciated it.

  Lovely people with down to earth personality and southern hospitality. Clean and friendly with a great atmosphere!

  Definitely don’t recommend this place, while talking on the phone with them asking what car make and model was I could hear the employees talking crap about us. Very unprofessional would not recommend getting car parts from here. Note next time if you are going to say something bad about a customer make sure you take the phone off speaker.
