  Make sure you check your bad for sauce before you leave the building. I was missing 3 ranch that I paid for and the woman with glasses was rude saying “I put ranch in that bag but ok” Ma’am even if you THOUGHT you put ranch in my bag (which you did not) you need to work on your customer service skills because I was not rude to you at all. Do better.

  The staff is helpful and amazing, but every time I come the food is cold and takes long to come out. The fountain drinks always come out flat or straight up don’t come out but manager gave us compensation for it!

  Cold, stale fries. Got corn instead of carrots. Missing food. Regular fries instead of voodoo. Have tried this location several times and they consistently get things wrong. Not worth going to again after several chances.

  Our first experience at a Wing Stop was several years ago at a different location. The place was brand new and after hearing nothing but positive feedback on the wings we gave it a try. We were extremely disappointed. Fast forward several years and still hearing great things about Wing Stop, we decided to give this location in Fredericksburg a try. We finally realized what people were talking about and were very pleased with the wings we got. We’ve been back a couple of time since; including today. We are big fans of Wing Stop and this location. It’s quickly turned into our go-to place for wings. I strongly recommend this location for the quality of food, the service, and the speed. Great place!
