  Having been burnt by this location before and having to make a 20 minute drive back to be refund, I intentionally check my order before leaving. My online order is pictured below. When I get there I first, get a tray of wings, none of which were mine. I sit and wait for my order to be made only to be told after 20 minutes, "we don't have hot or mild sauce". I call to get the changes for the 24 wings they need to replace. I WRITE IT DOWN on paper for the employees. It was given to me wrong again (and I hear they do have mild sauce now). I told them the correct item once more. I was given the wrong item AGAIN. I was so over being there for 40 plus minutes for a order I thought would be ready in 10, I left, only to get home to realize what I thought was lemon pepper was garlic parmesan, so my order was still wrong. At this point the correct wings have been sitting, are cold and the whole fam was just over dinner. I will go to the extra miles to up to 17 from now on.
