Service was excellent and my food was fresh. I don't leave a lot of reviews so if Im leaving one, you know something was done right. Alexis up front took my order she was kind, answered my questions about flavors (it was my first time trying wingstop) and she helped me decide on garlic parmesan boneless wings. My order came out quickly about 8ish minutes and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. I'll definitely be a frequent customer at this location!

I stopped here on my trip to see family in Fredricksburg and it was 10/10. I go to the wingstop back in vegas by my house all the time and its never great so I wasn't expecting much tbh. But I was very pleased to find that my boneless wings were hot, fresh, and I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes (Im used to waiting at least 20 minutes at my home store)

I came to Wingstop on Gateway Drive in Fredericksburg and had a great experience. The staff was very nice, welcoming, and amazing from the moment I walked in. My food was almost already ready when I arrived, which made everything quick and easy. Great customer service and fresh food!!! Definitely appreciated the smooth experience!

My family and I order Wing Stop approximately once a week to every two weeks. My last 4 orders I have had delivered to my home has had some kind of issue. Missing Fries, missing drinks, missing vegetables, the wrong drinks….
I’ve called only to be told.. sorry and if you want it fixed you can come here to pickup the correction. Seriously… I had it delivered why? Because I am short on time! Now if I want what I paid for, it’s on me to fix it
Refuses a refund every time and tells me my option is to come pick it up.
Also informs me that it’s not their fault I’m missing my drinks or get the wrong drinks. It’s the delivery driver’s responsibility to make my drinks????? Say what? This location is absolutely horrible.
Needs to really reconsider how they treat customers when it come to errors there employees are making.
If they can’t get it right then your customer deserves a refund.
