  Easy drop-off service for old Verizon Equipment. They handle everything. Just bring your confirmation number and equipment with cord/accessories required to be returned, UPS did the rest. They weighed it, packed it and shipped it at no cost to customer. Friendly staff. Clean store.

  Duncan, was very helpful in making sure that I understood to bring all my Verizon packages to this store moving forward for returns. And they explained to me how everyone comes here . Apparently they get all the business in the area from Verizon so I didn't even know that he was very helpful in making sure that I understood what I needed to do moving forward. Thank you very much for your assistance. Your helpful attitude and willingness to explain as it helped me understand.

  Their systems were down for scanning QR codes which is how I was going to return an item to Amazon. I changed the method to a return with a shipping label instead, and they refused to even print the label for me and instead asked me to spend additional time and money to log into their computer, sign into my email, and also pay to print the label. Despite the fact that the issue was that their own QR systems were down. I miss the days when customer service was a priority in businesses like these.
