  $5 to print a UPS shipping label is beyond ridiculous. Claims they cannot just scan a label and reprint it, citing it needs to be a QR code when in the past a normal bar code sufficed. The other option of logging into a public computer with your email credentials to save a few bucks to print it yourself is also a terrible idea given you cannot guarantee that there is no key logger or embedded malware on the machine. This is a money grubbing tactic, a sign of a poorly manage store.

  Around march second of this year, I went into the store to mail a simple dress shirt as well as a coffee mug and an ash tray to my brother-in-law. In Florida, the attendant did not have proper shipping boxes and tried to take a huge TV box and cut it down and wanted $40 with a ship guarantee. And to send it and I said, that's okay, it's just a dress shirt, I said it should. If it fits, it shipped, shouldn't be like more than $14. And we got a plastic bag that was 5 bucks and puts a bubble wrap around everything and put it in there nice and tight, and it was marked fragile and set well. I think they ran over it. Everything was smashed. The dress shirt made it okay. The attitude towards from the owner was very and helpful. Because he evidently just passed the buck and accused me of breaking my own stuff, and I didn't have any part of it. Instead it was my fault. How can it be the customer's fault? That's never a case. So he was very accusatory in response to my claim, and that he has a lack of inventory and proper shipping boxes that he's rectified now and has the smaller boxes there, and it's they are very rude and do not respond to complaints properly and turn it around and say that it's your fault so they need to get a clue. On how to treat people and learn from this experience, and I guess they have, because now they have the proper smaller boxes in there for customers. The store was number 5353 town and country giant.And fredericksburg

  Store WiFi sucks and phone service bad forget about downloading QR code in store and they charge to use the computer
