  Location is closed, nobody there a note on the door saying that location is moving to a different address effective June first however the address listed on the door that it says it is moving to is the address I came to......

  I had to return multiple large boxes. When I arrived at the facility, the staff went above and beyond to help me. Several staff members brought out carts to help move or large boxes and the wonderful women at the counter reprinted my shipping labels so that I didn't have to tape 11 labels to the boxes. The crew even helped me physically move the boxes and were incredibly nice. They made the process really simple and stress-free. I cannot recommend this location enough and I'm going to go back again for my future needs. Thank you to the staff at this location!

  Took off work today because I have to sign for this package been waiting almost a month for it said it would be here between 10 and 12:30 it is now 7:35 at night so lost a day of pay and and still dont have my package thanks fedex your awsome.

  Fedex Express is a joke! Priority package shipped for 2 day delivery has been on and off their truck for 2 weeks! Zero attempt to deliver. We did get snow but not 2 weeks of snow and literally every other package has arrived (usps, ups, amazon, regular fedex). This 2 day priority package is the only package still riding around undelivered. I've spent several hours on the phone but pick up is "not allowed". Unprofessional and Unacceptable.
