  Once again my Cricket account and phone were hacked! My phone numbers were stolen, fraudlent attempts were made againts my CC and my bank accounts. Cricket obviously has major holes in its security, its procedures to protect customers accounts and phones!!

  I went in today to this particular location because I had experienced problems with my Android phone and the customer service person was very polite and suggested maybe that I should upgrade to an iPhone but made it very clear that he was not pushing the iPhone on me he just felt it was better software. I really appreciated that because he didn't try to push a sale on me and let me look around at my leisure. I had no complaints about my visit this day

  I've used Cricket since they opened for business. No problems ever. Always a good signal, up and down the east coast.

  If you receive a defective phone and switch your phone number to a new phone so that you can return the defective one they wont honor the warranty
