  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, Thanks to Michael! Outstanding customer service deserves recognition, and Michael at Advance Auto Parts absolutely earned it! From start to finish, Michael demonstrated the kind of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help that makes a lasting impression. He promptly installed my new battery, took care of my old one for proper recycling, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his attentiveness and work ethic. He approached the task with confidence, wasted no time getting everything taken care of, and provided the kind of dependable service that customers truly appreciate. I also want to recognize Chris for his excellent assistance in locating the correct battery and making the purchasing process so straightforward. Together, they delivered a fantastic customer experience. Michael, in particular, deserves a huge shoutout! It’s employees like him who turn an ordinary visit into an exceptional one. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication reflect incredibly well on this location. I genuinely hope management recognizes and appreciates the value he brings to their team.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars | Exceptional Customer Service from Start to Finish! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! My experience at Advance Auto Parts today was nothing short of exceptional, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care I received. After having to jump-start my vehicle two to three times within a 24-hour period, I knew something wasn’t right. I stopped by during my lunch break to have the battery tested in my 2020 Honda CR-V, which, impressively enough, was still running on its ORIGINAL battery! The battery was checked, and it was confirmed that a replacement was likely necessary. Unfortunately, my lunch break was limited, and I had to return to work before I could complete the purchase. However, the initial experience was so positive that I had no hesitation about returning later that afternoon. At approximately 5 PM, I returned and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Chris and Michael, who turned what had been an incredibly frustrating 24 hours into one of the smoothest automotive service experiences I’ve ever had. Chris was phenomenal! He immediately understood exactly what I was looking for, recognized what my vehicle needed, and efficiently located the correct replacement battery. There was no confusion, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and no pressure. Just straightforward, knowledgeable, genuinely helpful customer service. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who not only knows their products but also takes the time to understand the customer’s needs. Michael was equally outstanding! He promptly took care of installing my new battery, making the entire process feel effortless. He was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also handled my old battery for proper recycling and disposal, which I sincerely appreciated. Everything was taken care of without a hitch! As someone who works in a customer-facing profession, I know firsthand that exceptional service doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from employees who take pride in their work, respect people’s time, and genuinely care about helping others. Chris and Michael exemplified every single one of those qualities. What could have easily been a stressful, inconvenient, and expensive-feeling ordeal instead became a reminder of how much of a difference great people can make. I walked in worried about whether my car would even start the next morning and walked out with a new battery, peace of mind, and a tremendous appreciation for the people who helped me. To the management team at Advance Auto Parts: Please recognize Chris and Michael for their outstanding service. Employees like these two are the reason customers return, recommend businesses to their friends and family, and remain loyal. They are an incredible representation of your company and deserve to know that their efforts do not go unnoticed.   HUGE shoutout to Michael McDaniel! I was super stressed about a sudden issue with my car, but he immediately figured out what was wrong and put my worries to rest. He is a total expert at what he does. He made a whole 45-minute job look like a quick 15-minute fix because of how fast and focused he was. Incredible service, completely stress-free, and a genuinely great guy. Highly recommend! Thank you so much Mr.Mcdaniel!!
