I came to this Advance Auto Parts location looking for a new battery and had the pleasure of meeting Frank. From the start, Frank was absolutely outstanding! He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain battery life expectancy, corrosion issues, and warranty coverage.
What really impressed me was his willingness to go above and beyond. Rather than having me drive home, replace the battery myself, and then make another trip to return the old battery for the core charge, Frank kindly volunteered to install the new battery right there in the parking lot. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and I genuinely appreciated it.Frank didn't just sell me a battery. He took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and save me an unnecessary trip. That's how you earn a customer's trust and loyalty.
Advance Auto Parts has officially earned my business, and I will absolutely be returning for future parts and advice. Frank is a tremendous asset to this location, and I hope management recognizes the exceptional level of service he provides.

Big S/O to Carlos , he was very knowledgeable and patient with my son and I . Without him I would’ve gotten the wrong paint and sander for my car . Teddy also helped with the order to repair the scratches on my car. These young men deserve a fat raise !!!!!
I have been a loyal customer of Advance Auto Parts; however, today I felt discriminated and prejudged. I recently came in to turn in oil that I had in the house that was never used. Two weeks prior to this I called another Advance Auto Parts to make sure that the oil will be taken. I told "yes". I went to the Advance Auto Part off 17 Warrenton [because it was much closer] and would save time to go to other. I informed the employee that I had oil that I found and never used, and it was for my Tahoe that I no longer have. I explained it was sealed, and the container was never opened. He stated, "we do not take contaminated oil, the conversation led to you could have found it on the street" I saw this as disrespectful and racist. Even a delivery driver stated it "that's racy" I request to speak to manager. The manager said, we do not take old oil and so on... I recognize his support was noted for his coworker. I felt so disrespected and people watched and said nothing. That being said, I will ensure that this reaches higher. Note: I went to Firestone and they accepted the oil and saw it was still good and the seal wasn't broken. The gentleman (who knows my character) stated to me "Oil doesn't expire!" He apologized for the situation and saw the ovewhelming anger within me. In all, I will not do service with that business Advance Auto Part on 17 west ever again. I went to another Advance Auto Parts store and explained the situation. Heather Mulgrew apologized for the previous interaction from her sister store, and said, that doesn't represent them or the organization in the least . I will inform my colleagues and friends not to go to this store ever. I had to give it a star, but if it was possible no star would be given. I hop this matter is dealt with.

S/o to Teddy. He tested my old battery, and installed a new 12v battery after AutoZone would not do so due to me having a hybrid. Teddy went above and beyond in helping me. Super friendly guy. Thanks again Teddy.

5/5 Stars — Outstanding Service!
Stopped by to get my battery checked, and it turned out it was completely dead and needed to be replaced. Frank was absolute class. He didn't just sell me a new battery—he took the extra time to clean up the area and handle the entire replacement right on the spot. Fast, professional, and go-above-and-beyond service. Huge thanks to Frank for getting me back on the road safely!
