This company is the worst company in the world. If I could give them zero stars, I would one of their employees broke my battery terminator and then lied about it and act like he didn’t know me never seen me. Didn’t touch my car, but when I showed him the receipt, he was like oh yeah, I do remember you. He started cussing me out, just being very nasty to me so I told him I was going call corporate. He said he was gonna call his manager Which he did and she talked to me We both reported him to corporate. My battery Terminal was fix after a week thank u fire stone. Then the asst manager said she would help me get some of my money back from days I miss work and some of the uber rides me and my family had to used. Just had to send the proof which I did. Then a month went by and the manager and the asst manager both quit.Right after Corporate email me and told me that the asst manager would be reaching out to me by the end of the day.

Huge shoutout to Erin at Advance Auto Parts! Our battery was completely dead—the only way we could even get the car moving was with a jump box. From the moment we walked in, Erin was incredibly friendly at the counter and made the purchase process seamless. But the real gold-star service came next: she handled the installation quickly and easily, right out in the parking lot on a brutal, hot Virginia daymbTruly excellent customer service. Thank you, Erin, for saving our day!
