  Kennedy and Richie are amazing! Every time we order from there, it's always been amazing sandwiches. All staff are polite and helpful,the store is clean and nice,and the food and prices are good! Best place for sandwiches in Floyd

  Kennedy, the District Manager/Bookkeeper/Catering Director was amazing. She patiently took my order for 8 sandwiches after I was having issues with the online ordering system. She was extremely kind and helpful. She gets 100 stars ❤️😁.

  We had finished up our order, but then an inspector (im guessing) walked in and literally the entire staff disappeared for a few minutes. When they came back everyone was frantic. They had forgotten our sub in the toaster so it got burnt, then did not have another wheat sub, so we had to get something else. While paying for our food, I was charged for 2 drinks when I only got one. Charged for cookies, which I did not get because everyone was too concerned with the inspector rather than doing their job. Very poor experience this evening. Also makes you wonder what they were so worried about failing, rather than providing their customers with good service.
