  Kennedy, the District Manager/Bookkeeper/Catering Director was amazing. She patiently took my order for 8 sandwiches after I was having issues with the online ordering system. She was extremely kind and helpful. She gets 100 stars ❤️😁.

  We had finished up our order, but then an inspector (im guessing) walked in and literally the entire staff disappeared for a few minutes. When they came back everyone was frantic. They had forgotten our sub in the toaster so it got burnt, then did not have another wheat sub, so we had to get something else. While paying for our food, I was charged for 2 drinks when I only got one. Charged for cookies, which I did not get because everyone was too concerned with the inspector rather than doing their job. Very poor experience this evening. Also makes you wonder what they were so worried about failing, rather than providing their customers with good service.

  Worst sandwich I've ever had at Subway. Ordered a #7 Mexicali. For some inexplicable reason the "sandwich artist" made it using sweet onion teriyaki chicken instead of the rotisserie chicken, and plain white cheese instead of pepper jack. The silver hood was up over the meats so I could not see what she was putting on my sandwich. Never again ordering at subway if I can't see what's being made for me.
