  I absolutely do NOT recommend dealing with this company. They completely wasted my time and showed zero professionalism. I requested commercial insurance for my business more than 10 days ago. I sent them all the required information by email and followed up with multiple phone calls. Every single time, I was told, “It will take 2 or 3 more days.” The last promised deadline was last Friday, yet nothing was sent. When I called again today, the representative spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner and suddenly claimed that some information was missing. I explained clearly that everything had already been provided in the emails, but honestly it felt like they simply had no intention of doing the job. To make matters worse, at the end of the call she promised she would send me an email immediately with all the policy details — and of course, nothing was sent. I will definitely NOT be using this company for my commercial insurance, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. They do not respect their clients’ time, they lack professionalism, and their customer service is extremely disappointing. As a business owner, time is money. If a company cannot even handle basic communication and follow-through before getting your business, imagine what would happen if you actually needed support during a claim.
