  Don't pay for a personal mailbox with UPS services the price is good but you won't be able to contact anyone regarding your mail. If you call and ask for an update they won't give it to you because they ask for a tracking number. Well everyone knows you don't receive a tracking number for regular mail. If you are non verbal don't call because there is no way for you to actually speak with a person you will have no choice but to find someone to speak for you.

  Absolutely worst service ever , she knew her system was off and it’s not working however she still wasted my time and then asked me to leave my credit card information so she can charge it later…. It was overnight shipping costing $280, went to another ups in Tysons and same shipment same delivery time ended up being $190…. Avoid this location.
